A header for milking units comprising: a bell (15) for the collection of the milk closed by an upper wall (4); milked milk arrival ducts (9) with associated peripheral mouths (8) located on said upper wall (4); a discharge duct (17) fixed to said bell (15) and a flow adjuster (1) that accumulates the individual milk flows into a single and uniform circumferential flow that regularly discharge towards the discharge duct (17). Said flow adjuster (1) comprises an upside-down mushroom-profiled body (2) provided with means (3) for fastening to said header, and comprising a circular upper edge (7) and a dished bottom (12) connected to said upper edge (7); said circular upper edge (7) having a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of bell (15) and such as to align with mouths (8) of milk arrival ducts (9) and to form, with its external surface, one only continuous annular passage (14) with the internal surface of the bell.
