ABSTRACT TUBE MAT HEAT EXCHANGER A tube mat heat exchanger arrangement is disclosed comprising a pair of headers (16,17) for circulating inflow and outflow fluid with first and second flexible tube mats (10,10A) each formed of a plurality of tubes (11) conjoined in side-by-side relationship with the end portions thereof separated from one another wherein the two mats are disposed on opposite sides of the pair of headers and wherein the tubes of the mats extend away from the headers and loop back to the headers the end portions of the tubes being connected with the headers.
