The invention relates to a heading gas injection system (HGIS) direct injection system. The invention makes it possible to atomize fuel mixtures and fuels of all types and to directly inject them into the combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing, spark-ignition internal combustion engine of all designs. This is achieved by means of a heating element (10), a fuel injection nozzle (1), a temperature probe (5), heating diodes (2), an electromagnetic valve (3) and a pressure gauge (14). The control unit (8) is provided for controlling these individual components. This control unit (8) also has the task of ensuring that the inlet valve (4), with the flow meter (6), ensures an optimal pollutant-free and low-pollutant operation. A pollutant-free operation of an internal combustion engine can be ensured when using a methanol, ethanol, water mixture, hereby signifying a zero pollutant emission.
L'invention concerne un système d'injection directe HGIS. L'invention permet de gazéifier des mélanges de carburants, ainsi que des carburants de tout type et de les injecter directement dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne à compression du mélange et à allumage commandé de tout type. Il est prévu, pour ce faire, un élément chauffant (10), une buse d'injection de carburant (1), une sonde thermique (5), des diodes thermiques (2), une électrovanne (3) et un manomètre (14). Pour assurer le contrôle de ces éléments individuels, il est prévu un appareil de commande (8). Ledit appareil de commande (8) a également pour fonction de veiller que la soupape d'admission (4) assure, conjointement avec le débitmètre, un fonctionnement optimal sans émission de substances nocives et à émission réduite de substances nocives. Dans le cas d'un mélange méthanol, éthanol et eau, il est possible d'assurer un fonctionnement sans émission de substances nocives d'un moteur à combustion interne, ce qui signifie par conséquent une émission zéro de polluants.
