The attachment of a burner packing and of a thermal shield (7) on the front wall (2) of a ring-shaped combustion chamber is disclosed. The burner packing with its attachment clips (9) is held between the segment-shaped flanks of a ring-shaped holder (8). The holder is set on a ring-shaped projection of the thermal shield and is screwed together with the thermal shield on the front wall of the ring-shaped combustion chamber.
