Abstract of the Disclosure A passenger railway compartment includes a convertible seat arrangement and upper berth adjustable to sleeping positions. A combination headrest and cabinet is positioned above the seat rest and is movable from latched position in engagement with a partition wall downwardly to expose an open side of the cabinet which will permit access to a pillow or bedroll contained there- in. In the upright position of the seatback the cabinet is provided with a flexible headrest member for use by the passenger.
