Heads - Up Hockey is a shielding device that can be used for teaching and training hockey players to keep their eyes off the puck in front of them and to stick-handle without looking down. By practising with a hockey puck concealing shield attached to their hockey stick a player quickly learns to sense where the puck is in relation to his/her stick-handling movements, since the shield conceals the puck from the player's view.
