A process for producing a body jewelry constituted of a silicone elastomer jewelry main-frame comprising, arranged on its skin contact side, a silicone elastomer layer having titanium micropowder mixed therein, the titanium micropowder at least composed mainly of titanium micropowder obtained by carrying out combustion of a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen in water under high pressure and melting elemental metallic titanium by means of resultant combustion gas to thereby deposit titanium micropowder in the water, and comprising, arranged outside, ornamental protrudent streaks of silicone elastomer. In particular, there is provided a body jewelry, available in ring form, constituted of a silicone elastomer jewelry main-frame comprising, arranged on its skin contact side, a silicone elastomer layer having titanium micropowder mixed therein, and comprising, arranged outside, ornamental protrudent streaks of silicone elastomer, which silicone elastomer jewelry main-frame is obtained by first providing a silicone elastomer jewelry main- frame with a continuous depressed portion, subsequently planting a titanium- micropowder-containing silicone elastomer layer in the continuous depressed portion, separately preparing ornamental protrudent streaks of silicone elastomer, and finally mounting the formerly obtained jewelry main-frame on the ornamental protrudent streaks, followed by thermal vulcanization to thereby effect integration. Further, there is provided a process for producing the body jewelry.
Procédé servant à produire un bijou de corps constitué d'un corps principal de bijou en élastomère de silicone comprenant, disposé sur son côté en contact avec la peau, une couche d'élastomère de silicone ayant une micropoudre de titane mélangée dans celle-ci, la micropoudre de titane étant au moins composée principalement d'une micropoudre de titane obtenue en effectuant la combustion d'un gaz mélangé constitué d'oxygène et d'hydrogène dans de l'eau sous pression élevée et en faisant fondre du titane métallique élémentaire à l'aide du gaz de combustion résultant pour déposer de cette manière une micropoudre de titane dans l'eau, et comprenant, disposées à l'extérieur, des stries saillantes ornementales d'élastomère de silicone. En particulier, il est fourni un bijou de corps, disponible sous une forme d'anneau, constitué d'un corps principal de bijou en élastomère de silicone comprenant, disposé sur son côté en contact avec la peau, une couche d'élastomère de silicone ayant une micropoudre de titane mélangée dans celle-ci et comprenant, disposées à l'extérieur, des stries saillantes ornementales d'élastomère de silicone, lequel corps principal de bijou en élastomère de silicone est obtenu en prenant d'abord un corps principal de bijou en élastomère de silicone ayant une partie en creux continue, en introduisant par la suite une couche d'élastomère de silicone contenant de la micropoudre de titane dans la partie en creux continue, en préparant séparément des stries saillantes ornementales d'élastomère de silicone et en montant enfin le corps principal de bijou précédemment obtenu sur les stries saillantes ornementales, ce après quoi on vulcanise thermiquement pour effectuer de cette manière l'intégration. De plus, il est fourni un procédé servant à produire le bijou de corps.
