A hearing aid with a microphone arranged in a casing, which microphone is connected to a series connection comprising at least an amplifier,a signal processing circuit, e.g., a voltage-controlled amplifier and/or a voltage- controlled filter, and an output transducer which is formed by a coil producing a magnetic field and cooperates with a permanent magnet implanted in or attached to the ear, e.g., the eardrum or between the eardrum and the handle of the hammer. In order to allow the optimal adaptation of the hearing aid to the respective requirements it is provided that before the eardrum a reference microphone (7) is arranged which is in connection with the signal processing circuit (3).
