The sheet material of the present invention has a protective layer which comprises a heat reactant of a heat and active energy ray curable resin composition comprising as an active ingredient a polyfunctional isocyanate and a polymer having a (meth)acryl equivalent weight from 100 to 300 g/eq, a hydroxyl value from 20 to 500 and a weight- average molecular weight from 5000 to 50000. And, this protecting layer applied to the surface of a molded article is cured by active energy ray irradiation. Therefore, a molded article having high abrasion resistance and high chemical resistance can be obtained, and cracks are not caused in the curved part of the molded article. Further, since the protective layer is cured in part by heat in the sheet material production, a large scale active energy ray irradiation apparatus is not required thus lowering costs.
Matériau de revêtement dont la couche protectrice est constituée par un réactif thermique qui est une composition de résine se fixant sous l'effet de faisceaux d'énergie thermique et active, contenant en tant que composés actif un polymère présentant un équivalent (meth)acrylique de 100-300 g/eq, une valeur de groupes hydroxyles de 20-500 et une masse moléculaire moyenne de 5 000-50 000, ainsi qu'un isocyanate multifonctionnel. La couche protectrice appliquée sur la surface d'un produit moulé est traitée par rayonnement avec un faisceau d'énergie active. On obtient alors un produit moulé présentant une résistance élevée à l'abrasion et aux attaques chimiques et dont les surfaces courbes ne se fendillent pas. Un semi-durcissement thermique du matériau de revêtement effectué pendant la fabrication rend superflue l'utilisation d'un dispositif important pour appliquer de l'énergie active et permet ainsi de réduire le coût de production.
