Le caoutchouc selon l'invention est obtenu par vulcanisation à chaud d'une composition élastomère organopolysiloxane formée par mélange A. d'une gomme diorganopolysiloxane, B. d'une charge renforçante et/ou semi-renforçante, D. d'un péroxyde organique, E. d'un hydroxyde ou d'un oxyde alcalino-terreux et G. d'un composé organosilicié comportant, relié à l'atome de silicium, au moins un groupe acryloxyalkyle ou méthacryloxyalkyle. Les caoutchoucs selon l'invention sont en particulier utilisables comme joints en contact avec des huiles chaudes dans des systèmes clos.
