A system is provided for the heat disinfection of a fluid supply system of plastic conduits (16-18-38) of a material suitable for heat disinfection, preferably cross linked polyethylene conduit. A source of purified water (26) is heated by heat exchanger (72), and the hot water is flowed through the plastic conduits (16-18-34) for a sufficient time and at a sufficient temperature to disinfect the plastic conduit (16-18-34).

Une source d'eau épurée (26) est chauffée au moyen d'un échangeur de chaleur (72), l'eau chaude s'écoulant alors dans ces conduits en plastique (16, 18, 34) pendant une durée suffisante et à une température suffisamment élevée pour désinfecter lesdits conduits en plastique (16, 18, 34).
