Abstract of the Disclosure A single unit apparatus is disclosed for effecting forced circulations of two separate fluids through separate fluid paths provided therein and simultaneously, providing a heat-exchange between the fluids. This apparatus includes an impeller having a concentric corrugated zone made of a thin sheet material of good heat-conducting property, supported by a central disk member and an annular peripheral member, along both sides of which the flows of separate fluids are created when the impeller is rotated. The heat-exchange between the fluids, each having a temperature difference with respect to the other, is performed through the corrugated zone in which the fluids are propelled through said paths. This apparatus comprises a simple structure and has a low manufacturing cost which reflects on the easy maintenance and high heat-exchanging efficiency of the apparatus, which makes it distinguishable over the prior art.
