- 3638D212 - FS85 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heat exchanger in which first and second heat exchange members are located in a side-by-side relationship and form first and second passages through which first and second fluids are circulated from an inlet end to an outlet end thereof. The first and second heat exchange members cooperate with one another to form a second passage at an interface therebetween whereby the first and second heat exchange members can be separated from one another along the interface to expose the second passage along the length thereof to facilitate cleaning of said second passage while the first passage remains fully isolated from the second passage to prevent cross contamination of the first and second fluids.
