Disclosed is a removable cooling module (1), for use in a reactor (20) for carrying out an exothermic reaction, comprising a coolant feed tube (2); a distribution chamber (4); a plurality of circulation tubes (5); and a collection chamber (6); said coolant feed tube (2) having at its first end an inlet (3), for charging the coolant module (1) with coolant, and communicating with said distribution chamber (4) at its second end; each of said circulation tubes (5) communicating with the distribution chamber (4) through a first end and communicating with said collection chamber (6) through a second end; the collection chamber (6) having an outlet for discharging coolant. The modular nature of the invention facilitates removal of individual cooling module (1) from a reactor shell (21).
L'invention concerne un module de refroidissement (1) amovible, destiné à être utilisé dans un réacteur (20) pour effectuer des réactions exothermiques, y compris un tube d'alimentation d'agent de refroidissement (2); une pluralité de tubes de circulation (5); et une chambre de collecte (6). Le tube d'alimentation d'agent de refroidissement (2) possède à sa première extrémité une entrée (3), destinée au chargement du module de refroidissement (1) avec un agent de refroidissement et à la communication avec ladite chambre de distribution (4) à sa deuxième extrémité; chacune des tubes de circulation (5) communique avec la chambre de distribution (4) par une première extrémité et communique avec la chambre de collecte (6) via une deuxième extrémité; la chambre de collecte (6) possède une sortie destinée au déchargement de l'agent de refroidissement. Le caractère modulaire de l'invention facilite l'enlèvement du module de refroidissement individuel (1) de l'enceinte du réacteur (21).
