An exothermic composition, characterized in that it comprises a substance generating heat by reacting with oxygen, a carbon component, an oxidation accelerating agent, water and a water separation reducing stabilizer, the stabilizer being contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.25 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the heat generating substance, it has a value for the mobility of water of 7 to 40 and a degree for separation of 0 to 30; an exothermic article using the composition; and a method for producing the exothermic article. The exothermic composition has the stability of dispersion sufficient to endure continuous fabrication, is free from becoming viscous, and is excellent in the drain of water, heat generating characteristics and the retention of its shape.
L'invention concerne une composition exothermique caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une substance qui dégage de l'énergie calorifique en réagissant avec l'oxygène, un composant carbone, un agent d'accélération de l'oxydation, de l'eau et un stabilisateur réduisant la séparation d'eau, le stabilisateur représentant de 0,001 à 0,25 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids de la substance dégageant de l'énergie calorifique. Cette composition exothermique est également caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente une valeur de mobilité de l'eau comprise entre 7 et 40 et un degré de séparation compris entre 0 et 30. L'invention concerne également un article exothermique utilisant ladite composition ainsi qu'un procédé de production dudit article exothermique. La composition exothermique selon l'invention possède les caractéristiques suivantes : elle présente une stabilité de dispersion suffisante pour résister à la fabrication continue ; elle peut devenir visqueuse ; elle présente de remarquables caractéristiques d'évacuation de l'eau, de dégagement de l'énergie calorifique et de mémoire de forme.
