ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Heat insulating method, intended particularly for an industrial building, by means of which air is admitted, at outdoor temperature, into a zone below the roof, in order to decrease thermal gradient between the upper and the lower part of the building, and thus lower heat losses through the roof. A barrier made of porous, preferably translucent, material allows uniform distri- bution, over the whole surface of the building, of the air moving from the upper over-pressured area to the lower area.
