The invention concerns a textile complex for thermal insulation characterized in that one of the walls (P1) at least, in particular the wall designed to be first subjected to heat, is designed to retract under the effect of heat to simultaneously straighten the connecting fibers (F) corresponding to an increase of the spacing between said walls (P1 and P2) designed to be entirely or partly heat-stable.

Ce complexe textile pour isolation thermique est remarquable en ce que l'une des parois (P1) au moins, notamment la paroi destinée à être soumise, en premier lieu, à la chaleur, est apte à se rétracter sous l'effet de la chaleur pour provoquer, d'une manière concomitante, le redressement des fils de liaison (F) correspondant ô un accroissement de l'espacement entre lesdites parois (P1) et (P2) réalisées en totalité ou en partie pour être thermostables.
