A heat recovery and pollution abatement process with stackless operation for removing the products of combustion from hot boiler flue gas (45) comprising the steps of passing said hot boiler flue gas through a cloud of steam or mist (46), cooling the hot moist flue gas and recovering the heat therefrom (47), passing the partly cooled hot moist flue gas through a second cloud of mist comprised of cold water to total saturation (48), collecting the resulting stream of acid water, forcing the treated flue gas, mixing the treated flue gas with outside air, directing the forced treated air to atmosphere, shutting off the process in the absence of boiler flue gas.
L'invention concerne un procédé de récupération de la chaleur et de réduction de la pollution pour retirer les produits de combustion des gaz (45) de combustion de chaudière chaude. Ce procédé consiste à faire passer ces gaz de combustion de chaudière chaude dans un nuage de vapeur ou de brume (46), à refroidir ces gaz et à récupérer la chaleur qu'ils (47) contiennent. Ce procédé consiste aussi à faire passer les gaz de combustion chargés d'humidité chaude et partiellement refroidis dans un deuxième nuage de brume comprenant de l'eau froide jusqu'à saturation totale (48), puis à collecter le flux d'eau acide ainsi obtenu, à pousser en force les gaz traités, à les mélanger à de l'eau extérieure, à diriger l'air traité poussé en force vers l'atmosphère, à arrêter le processus en l'absence de gaz de combustion de la chaudière.
