[PROBLEMS] To provide a heat resistant alloy member having almost no diffusion to external of Cr, an alloy member for fuel cell, a power collecting member for fuel cell, a cell stack and a fuel cell. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The surface of a power collecting base material (201) containing Cr is covered with a Cr diffusion preventing layer (203) composed of an oxide containing Zn and Mn, and a coating layer (202) composed of an oxide containing Zn is formed on the surface of the Cr diffusion preventing layer (203). The coating layer (202) preferably contains at least Al or Fe as a metal element having a valence of +3 or more.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à proposer un élément en alliage résistant à la chaleur ne présentant pratiquement aucune diffusion vers l~extérieur de Cr, un élément en alliage pour une pile à combustible, un élément de collecte d~énergie pour une pile à combustible, un empilement de piles et une pile à combustible. La solution proposée consiste en ce que la surface d~un matériau de base de collecte d~énergie (201) contenant Cr est recouverte d~une couche empêchant la diffusion de Cr (203) composée d~un oxyde contenant Zn et Mn, et une couche de revêtement (202) composée d~un oxyde contenant Zn est formée sur la surface de la couche empêchant la diffusion de Cr (203). La couche de revêtement (202) contient de préférence au moins Al ou Fe en tant qu~élément métallique ayant une valence de +3 ou plus.
