A PCO (Plastic Closure Only) heat resistant neck part capable of surely and easily providing the heat resistance of a PCO neck part and realizing a remarkable saving of resources by providing the heat resistant PCO neck part provided also with a pressure resistance using the structure of the PCO neck part, wherein a thread extension part (4) having a tubular wall (2) of the same inside and outside diameter dimensions as those of the tubular wall (21) of the heat resistant neck part (20) and forming the start end portion of a thread (3) of a continuous thread structure is formed extendably through a large center angular range in the structure of being apart by a specified distance from the upper end surface of the tubular wall (2), a bead ring (6) and a neck ring (7) are formed in the same structure as those of the PCO neck part (10), and the entire part of the neck part is flashed by thermal crystallization, whereby a sufficient heat resistance and resources saving effect can be provided without producing an improper shrink deformation.
L'invention concerne une portion goulot thermorésistante PCO (à fermeture en plastique seulement) conçue pour conférer de manière simple et fiable une résistance à la chaleur à la portion goulot PCO susmentionnée, pour permettre d'économiser considérablement les ressources. Cette portion goulot PCO est également dotée d'une résistance à la pression de part sa structure, dans laquelle est ménagée une portion allongée filetée (4) présentant une paroi tubulaire (2) de diamètres internes et externes identiques aux diamètres de la paroi tubulaire (21) de la portion goulot thermorésistante (20) et formant la portion d'extrémité de départ d'un filetage (3) d'une structure de capsule à vis pré-filetée, formée de manière à s'étendre à travers une plage angulaire centrale étendue dans la structure, à une distance éloignée spécifiée de la surface d'extrémité supérieure de la paroi tubulaire (2). Une contre-bague (6) et une bague de centrage de goulot (7) sont formées dans la même structure que celle de la portion goulot PCO (10). L'ensemble de la portion goulot est plaqué par cristallisation thermique, ce qui permet d'obtenir une thermorésistance suffisante et d'économiser des ressources sans produire de déformation de réduction non souhaitée.
