A multilayer heat sealable film comprises: (a) a polyolefin film substrate layer; (b) a layer of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), and (c) a heat sealable acrylic polymeric coating applied to (b). The film exhibits excellent oxygen and aroma barrier, and low minimum seal temperature (82 ·C).
