A heat sensitive type plate material for forming lithography comprising a substrate (1) and, formed thereon, a heat sensitive layer (2), which in turn comprises a hydrophilic polymer (3) having a Lewis base moiety, lipophilic part forming particles (4) which form a lipophilic part on the surface of a plate through the change caused by heat, and polyvalent metal oxide particles (5), the lipophilic part forming particles (4) and the polyvalent metal oxide particles (5) being dispersed homogeneously in the heat sensitive layer (2). The plate material requires no developing process on forming a plate, and can form a lithography which has not only high mechanical strength, but also high printing durability, and further can be prepared with no significant increase of production cost.
L'invention concerne un matériau de plaque thermosensible pour fabriquer une lithographie comprenant un substrat (1), sur lequel est déposée une couche thermosensible (2), laquelle comprend un polymère hydrophile (3) ayant un fragment de base lewis, des particules (4) de formation de parties lipophiles qui forment une partie lipophile sur la surface d'une plaque par le biais du changement provoqué par la chaleur, et des particules d'oxyde métallique polyvalentes (5). Les particules de formation de parties lipophiles (4) et les particules d'oxyde métallique polyvalentes (5) sont dispersées de façon homogène dans la couche thermosensible (2). Le matériau de plaque ne nécessite aucun procédé d'élaboration pour former une plaque et permet de fabriquer une lithographie qui présente non seulement une résistance mécanique élevée, mais aussi une haute durabilité d'impression. On peut en outre la préparer sans surcroît de coûts de production significatif.
