Abstract of the disclosure A heat shrinkable and heat sealable laminated packaging material comprising a heat shrinkable film which is endowed with a heat shrinkability by biaxial stretching in advance of lamination, such as biaxially stretched polyamide film or biaxially stretched polypropylene film, and a heat shrinkable polyolefin sealant film which is endowed with a heat shrinkability by stretching in advance of lamination, such as biaxially stretched linear low density polyethylene film, the sealant film being laminated on one or both surfaces of the heat shrinkable film. The laminated packaging material imparts a tight appearance to a finish package in heat shrink packaging due to its excellent heat shrinkability.
