The invention relates to an injectable aqueous composition of hyaluronic acid or one of the salts thereof, one or more polyol(s) and lidocaine. Said composition, used for cosmetic purposes or for therapeutic purposes, has improved viscoelastic rheological properties and long in vivo persistence. The polyol is chosen, for example, from glycerol, sorbitol, propylene glycol, mannitol, erythritol, xylitol, maltitol and lactitol. Said particular properties are obtained by heat sterilising the mixture.
L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse injectable à base d'acide hyaluronique ou l'un de ses sels, d'un ou plusieurs polyol(s) et de lidocaïne. Cette composition, utilisée dans des buts esthétiques ou dans des buts thérapeutiques, présente des propriétés rhéologiques de viscoélasticité améliorées et une longue rémanence in vivo. Le polyol est choisi par exemple parmi le glycérol, le sorbitol, le propylène glycol, le mannitol, l'érythritol, le xylitol, le maltitol et le lactitol. Ces propriétés particulières sont obtenues par stérilisation du mélange à la chaleur.
