The present invention provides a novel Ziegler-Natta catalyst preparation method to substantially increase the activity in homo- and co-polymerization of ethylene with alpha olefins in high temperature solution process. The method utilizes mixing and heating of catalyst components leading to substantial increase in the catalyst activity by about 60%.
