ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heater has a fire box which has a front wall, a rear wall, two parallel side walls, a top and a base, a door in the front wall, a primary air inlet to the fire box above the door, and a secondary air inlet to the fire box near the top. The heater also has a second skin over the fire box so that air can pass in a gap between the second skin and the fire box before passing through the primary, secondary and tertiary air inlets.
