The heater assembly includes a body with a bore and two open ends respectively disposed at each end of the bore. The fluid line is disposed within the bore and contacts the body. The heater assembly further includes a heater and at least two electrical terminals connected With the heater. The heater is disposed within the body and each terminal extends from the body.
