ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heater hose filter is disclosed, whose function it is to prevent the normal accumulation of residue and particles in a car hot water heating system from reaching the heater and plugging it. The filter is attached in line into the water intake hose of a oar heater and comprises a cylindrical body having wire mesh filters placed therein. The lower half of each mesh filter has smal- ler apertures than the upper half.
