A heating device (1) is described for a container (7) of a liquid pharmaceutical product having a viscosity of 50-500 cP at 4°C and contained within a glass container. The device (1) comprises a substantially rigid, thin-walled housing (2) defining an openable chamber for receiving the container (7), a heat source (6) in the chamber comprising a hermetically sealed package containing a super-cooled metal salt fluid or liquid and an actuator (14) for activating the super-cooled metal salt to produce heat, wherein the ratio of the volume of the metal salt to the intended volume of the product is no more than 1:1.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffe (1) pour un récipient (7) contenant un produit pharmaceutique liquide dont la viscosité est comprise entre 50 et 500 cP à 4°C et qui est situé dans un récipient en verre. Le dispositif (1) comporte un boîtier (2) sensiblement rigide, à fines parois, qui définit une chambre pouvant être ouverte et destinée à recevoir le récipient (7), une source de chaleur (6) située dans la chambre et comprenant un ensemble hermétiquement fermé dans lequel se trouve un sel métallique surfondu sous forme fluide ou liquide ainsi qu'un actionneur (14) destiné à activer le sel métallique surfondu en vue de produire de la chaleur, le rapport entre le volume de sel métallique et le volume du produit souhaité ne dépassant jamais 1 :1.
