The invention relates to a temperature-controlling mat (1) which comprises a substrate strip (2) with an upper face (9) and a lower face (11), and at least one temperature-controlling device (5) arranged on the substrate strip (2), an adhesive being arranged on the lower face (11) of the substrate strip (2). The aim of the invention is to improve the handling properties of the temperature- controlling mat. For this purpose, the adhesive is arranged on a double-sided adhesive tape (12) bonded to the lower face (11) of the substrate strip (2). In the rolled-up state of the temperature-controlling mat (1), the adhesive on the lower face of the adhesive tape (12) is covered by the upper face (9) of the substrate strip (2) and the adhesive tape (12) is bonded to the upper face (9) of the substrate strip (2).

L'invention concerne un matelas de chauffage réversible (1) comportant une bande support (2) présentant une face supérieure (9) et une face inférieure (11), et au moins un dispositif de chauffage réversible (5) qui est placé sur la bande support (2).
