A heating system (1) for hot coupling or laminating at least two films or thin sheets, e.g. of plastic material, that are dragged by at least one moving support (2; 2b), said heating system (1) comprising at least a heater group (10) comprising at least: -- a burner (14) fed with a combustive agent and a fuel, and - an airtight chamber (11) delimited by a radiating internal face (12) and a non-radiating external face (13); wherein said burner (14) comprises at least one combustion head (15) generating an aeriform flow at temperature of combustion fumes that is directed towards said airtight chamber (11) and heats its radiating internal face (12) and wherein said radiating internal face (12) faces said at least one moving support (2; 2b) so that a heating volume (3) is defined between said radiating internal face (12) and said at least one calender cylinder (2; 2b) through which said at least two PVC or plastic films pass and are heated up to their hot coupling temperature by the heat released by said radiating internal face (12).
L'invention concerne un système chauffant (1) pour coupler ou stratifier à chaud au moins deux films ou feuilles minces, p. ex. de matière plastique, qui sont entraînées par au moins un support mobile (2; 2b). Ce système chauffant (1) comprend au moins un groupe de chauffe (10) comprenant au moins: - un brûleur (14) alimenté par un agent comburant et un carburant, et une chambre (11) étanche à l'air qui est délimitée par une face interne (12) rayonnante et une face externe (13) non rayonnante. Ledit brûleur (14) comprend au moins une tête de combustion (15) produisant un flux aériforme à la température des gaz de combustion, qui est dirigé vers ladite chambre (11) étanche à l'air et chauffe sa face interne (12) rayonnante. La face interne (12) rayonnante se situe face au(x) support(s) mobile(s) (2; 2b) de manière à définir un volume chauffant (3) entre la face interne (12) rayonnante et le(s) cylindre(s) (2; 2b) de calandre, à travers le(s)quel(s) les films de PVC ou de plastique passent et sont chauffés à leur température de couplage à chaud par la chaleur dégagée par ladite face interne (12).
