A packaging container (10) has a heavy duty inte-grated handle (11). The container is formed from a rigid unit of gen-erally U-shaped cross-section having a main body portion with a gen-erally flat bottom wall (16) and upstanding, opposing sidewalls (18), wherein the bottom wall is reinforced with reinforcing material (12). Reinforced hand openings are formed in the, reinforced bottom wall, configured for a user to insert a hand for use as the handle for the packaging container.
