ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heavy duty shelving including a generally rectangular shelf having inwardly directed, substantially V-shaped, truncated corners with a depending skirt being peripherally formed about the shelf. At the corners, the shelf terminates with a pair of opposing, inwardly directed corner tabs corresponding to the inward direction of the truncated corners. Removable corner connectors are provided at each corner, with each connector having an abutting face which complements the V-shaped truncated corners of the shelf. A correspondingly shaped clamping bar is also provided at each corner. The shelf corners are formed into corner assemblies with a removable corner connector disposed outwardly of each pair of corner tabs and a clamping bar disposed inwardly of the pair of corner tabs. Fastening bolts are inserted adjacent the shelf edges to hold each corner assembly in secure engagement. The corner connectors are adapted to be mounted on post structures.
