The invention relates to a heavy, mounted harrow having a hand operated jacking arrangement that can be used to move the harrow in a simple manner from an inoperative position to a range of operative positions. The harrow includes a frame having a plurality of rows of tines mounted thereon and depending therefrom; a support beam mounted above the frame and anchored thereto; a pair of drag arms secured distally to the support beam and which support the frame in its operative and inoperative positions; a connecting clamp which secures the drag arms to a vehicle; and a jacking arrangement extending between one of the drag arms and the connecting clamp to facilitate raising and lowering of the tines into an inoperative or a range of operative positions. Quick adjusting pins, secured through placement holes in the frame, may also be provided to increase or decrease the angle of the tines when in use.
