Our Heavy Oil Pump System is designed to lift heavy viscosity oil from the depths of existing oil wells. The motor pump has ONE MOVING PART and will perform the following: The motor portion has three (3) power strokes per revolution powered by Steam or Compressed Air. The pump portion has three (3) pump actions per revolution with one hundred percent (100%) positive displacement with each pump action. The pump portion has three (3) vacuums per revolution to draw in heavy viscosity fluid, oil and refill each chamber. The motor portion exhausts three (3) times per revolution and uses the exhausted steam or compressed air to drive the next motor pump, until the final exhausted steam or compressed air heat is exhausted into the heavy oil to reduce the viscosity at the base of the well. Say, 4,000' - 6,000' plus. Motor pumps are set up in series to achieve the greatest consistent lift. This is achieved by having a number of motor pumps joined together by pipes. All motor pumps work in time and balance with each other motor pump and perform an equal power and lift.
