The invention identifies tumor-associated antigens that may be used for immunotherapy of malignancies in patients having undergone an allogeneic stem cell transplantation, whereby the therapy is mediated by induction of a graft versus tumor immune response. The invention discloses minor histocompatibility antigens encoded by polymorphisms in reading frames present in the hECGF-1 gene. The invention provides peptides comprising polymorphic minor histocompatibility binding peptides or fragments, which may be in the context of an MHC molecule. The invention also provides T cell receptors and T lymphocytes capable of binding to these minor histocompatibility antigens, preferably in the context of MHC molecules. The molecules and cells of the invention can be used for treatment of subjects and manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of subjects suffering from malignancies expressing the hECGF- 1 protein.
L'invention identifie des antigènes associés à des tumeurs, pouvant être utilisés pour l'immunothérapie d'affections malignes chez des patients ayant subi une transplantation de cellules souches allogéniques, la thérapie étant régulée par induction de la réponse immune d'un greffon contre la tumeur. L'invention concerne des antigènes d'histocompatibilité mineurs codés par des polymorphismes dans des cadres de lecture présents dans le gène hECGF-1. L'invention permet d'obtenir des peptides comprenant des peptides, ou des fragments de peptides, liant l'histocompatibilité mineure polymorphique, pouvant être dans le contexte d'une molécule MHC. L'invention permet également d'obtenir des récepteurs de cellules T et des lymphocytes T capables d'une liaison avec ces antigènes d'histocompatibilité mineure, de préférence dans le contexte de molécules MHC. Les molécules et les cellules selon l'invention peuvent être utilisées pour le traitement de sujets et pour la fabrication de médicaments pour le traitement de sujets souffrant d'affections malignes exprimant la protéine hECGF-1.
