The invention concerns the hydrogenation in amine function of a nitrile function of a dinitrile to obtain the corresponding aminonitrile. More precisely, the invention concerns the hemihydrogenation of a dinitrile into the corresponding aminonitrile, in a liquid medium, characterised in that it consists in operating in the presence of a Raney nickel or cobalt catalyst containing copper and/or silver and/or gold and in the presence of an alkaline or alkaline-earth metal hydroxide. The hemihydrogenation of adiponitrile provides amino-6 capronitrile, compound which can be easily transformed by cyclization hydrolysis into caprolactam, the starting product for the synthesis of polyamide-6.
La présente invention concerne l'hydrogénation en fonction amine d'une fonction nitrile d'un dinitrile, afin d'obtenir l'aminonitrile correspondant. Plus précisément, elle concerne un procédé d'hémihydrogénation d'un dinitrile en aminonitrile correspondant, dans un milieu liquide, caractérisé en ce que l'on opère en présence d'un catalyseur nickel ou cobalt de Raney contenant du cuivre et/ou de l'argent et/ou de l'or et en présence d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux. L'hémihydrogénation de l'adiponitrile fournit l'amino-6 capronitrile, composé qui est aisément transformable par hydrolyse cyclisante en caprolactame, produit de départ de la synthèse du polyamide-6.
