The invention relates to biotinylated heparins, characterised in that the polysaccharides constituting said heparins have, at their reducing end, a covalent bond with a -(R1),-Biot and correspond to the general formula (I) in which i is = or 1, R1 is a chain of the formula -CO- (CH2)j-NH- or -CO-(CH2)jNH-CO-(CH2)k-NH where j and k are integers having any value from 1 to 10, Biot is a biotin or biotin derivative group, n is an integer having an average value of about 25 for a heparin with an average molecular mass of 15 000 Da, X is H or SO3Na, Y is COCH3 or SO3Na, the undulated line representing a bond under or above the pyrasonic cycle to which it is bonded. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the same and to their use in therapy.
Héparines biotinylées, caractérisées en ce que les polysaccharides constitutifs desdites héparines possèdent à leur extrémité réductrice une liaison covalente avec un groupe -(R1),-Biot et répondent à la formule générale (I): dans laquelle i est égal à O ou 1, R1 représente un enchaînement de formule -CO- (CH2)j-NH- ou -CO-(CH2)jNH-CO-(CH2)k-NH, où j et k sont des entiers pouvant prendre toute valeur de 1 à 10, Biot représente un groupe biotine ou dérivé de biotine, n représente un nombre entier ayant une valeur moyenne d'environ 25 pour une héparine de masse moléculaire moyenne de 15 000 Da, X représente H ou SO3Na, Y représente COCH3 ou SO3Na, le trait ondulé désigne une liaison située soit au-dessous, soit au-dessus du plan du cycle pyranosique auquel elle est rattachée. Leur procédé de préparation et leur utilisation en thérapeutique.
