ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel N-haloacetylphenylamino carbonyl oximes represent- ed by the formula Image wherein Ar is phenyl or substituted phenyl; R1 is halo-methyl; R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, substituted phenyl or benzyl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl or thiocyanaoalkyl; R4 is hydrogen or alkyl; n is 0 or 1; m is 0 or 1; R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkylthioalkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, cyanoalkyl, phenyl, benzyl, substituted pheynl or benzyl, or R is acyl or the formula Image wherein R5 is hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkyl- thioalkyl, alkoxy, alkythio, acetonyl, or the group -NR'R" where- in R' and R" are independently hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl; with the proviso that R2 and R3 may be joined together to form carbocyclic ring.
