A B S T R A C T A salt of a compound of the following formula: Image wherein R1 is methyl; R2 is alkyl C1-C4; Y,Y', Z and Z' each independently-represent halogen, hydrogen, methyl or methoxy; with the proviso that only one phenyl ring is sub- stituted on the carbon para to the pyrazolium ring and a broadleaf weed-or grass herbicidal nitro substituted pheno- late, polyhalocarboxylate or methyl substituted phenoxy- acetate.
