ABSTRACT A tool for the purpose of physical exercise must afford a resistance in order to develope muscular size and strength within specified muscle structures. In this invention such resistance can be applied from the natural resistance of ones own muscular ability by virtue of the unique structure and purpose of the tool. A metal tube specifically shaped with gripping surfaces in centre and at both ends allows the user to exert muscular contractile force while applying a counter force from the same muscle structure on the opposite side of ones body. For example the right bicep muscle contracts against the resting force offered up by the bicep muscle.
