ABSTRACT A machine for the purpose of physical exercise must afford a resistance in order to develop muscular size and strength within specified muscle structures. In this invention such resistance can be applied from the natural resistance of ones own muscular ability by virtue of the unique design and purpose of the machine. The original chain drive mechanism allows the users' application of force from one leg to be resisted by the same muscle structures of the other leg. As one leg moves in muscular contraction the other moves opposite in extension of muscular structures. The machine is constructed with a sturdy base and seat to comfortably place the user in the best position for the application of exercising force.
