An electromagnetically lossy liquid-or gas-tight fusion seal (13a, 15a) for use as a low pass radio frequency signal filter (15) constructed as a matrix of glass binder ferrimagnetic and/or ferroelectric filler. Metal cased electrical filters (10) are made by reflowing the material to form fused glass-to-metal seals (13a, 15a) and incorporating electrical thus-conductors (14) therein which may be formed as inductive windings.

Un joint de fusion hermétique aux liquides ou aux gaz, à perte électromagnétique (13a, 15a) s'utilise comme filtre de signaux de radiofréquence passe-bas (15) construit comme une matrice de liant de verre et d'une charge ferromagnétique et/ou ferroélectrique. Des filtres électriques (10) sous boîtier métallique sont réalisés en recoulant la matière afin de former des joints hermétiques fusionnés verre-sur-métal (13a, 15a) et en incorporant des conducteurs électriques traversants (14) pouvant être réalisés sous la forme d'enroulements inductifs.
