The invention provides compounds represented by formula (I) in which R1, R2, R3, R4, and n are as defined in the application; and individual isomers, racemic or non-racemic mixtures of isomers, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds are p38 inhibitors and may be used in the treatment of arthritis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, adult respiratory distress syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, osteoporosis, or Alzheimer's disease.
L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> et n sont comme définis dans les revendications, isomères individuels, mélanges racémiques ou non racémiques d'isomères et leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutiques. Ces composés sont des inhibiteurs de p38 et peuvent être utilisés pour le traitement de l'arthrite, de la maladie de Crohn, du syndrome du côlon irritable, du syndrome de détresse respiratoire de l'adulte, de la maladie d'obstruction pulmonaire chronique, de l'ostéoporose ou de la maladie d'Alzheimer.
