Heteroaryl-substituted acryloylguanidine derivatives represented by general formula (I) or their salts serving as drugs, in particular, a Na+/H+ exchanger inhibitor and being useful as a preventive, remedy or diagnostic drug for various diseases in which the Na+/H+ exchanger participates, for example, hypertension, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, arteriosclerosis and complications of diabetes, wherein the ring A represents an optionally substituted 5- or 6- membered heteroaryl which may be fused with one or two benzene rings; the ring B represents an optionally substituted aryl; and R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno or optionally halogenated lower alkyl.
L'invention concerne des dérivés d'acryloylguanidine à substitution hétéroaryle représentés par la formule générale (I), ou leurs sels servant de médicaments, notamment un inhibiteur d'échangeur Na?+¿/H?+¿, et utiles en tant que préventifs, remède ou agent de diagnostic pour diverses maladies dans lesquelles intervient l'échangeur Na?+¿/H?+¿, par exemple l'hypertension, l'arythmie, l'angine de poitrine, l'arthériosclérose et des complications du diabète, formule dans laquelle le cycle A représente un hétéroaryle à 5 ou 6 éléments facultativement substitués pouvant être fusionnés à un ou à deux cycles de benzène, le cycle B représente un aryle facultativement substitué; et R¿1? représente hydrogène, halogéno ou alkyle inférieur facultativement halogéné.
