Medicines for the prevention or treatment of hyperlipidemia containing as the active ingredient heterocyclic compounds of the general formula [1] or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; andnovel compounds included among those of the general formula [1]: R1+ Het+D+E [wherein R1 is optionally substitutedaryl or an optionally substituted aromatic heterocyclic group; Het is a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group; D is alkylene, alkenylene, alkynylene, or the like; and E is carboxyl or the like].The compounds exhibit effects of decreasing blood triglyceride, LDL-C and blood sugar and are useful in the prevention or treatment of hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, obesity, and so on.
La présente invention concerne des médicaments servant à prévenir ou à traiter l'hyperlipidémie, contenant comme principe actif des composés hétérocycliques de formule [1] ou leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. Cette invention concerne également de nouveaux composés intégrés à ceux de la formule [1] R?1¿+Het+D+E, formule dans laquelle R?1¿ représente aryle éventuellement substitué ou un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique éventuellement substitué; Het représente un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique bivalent; D représente alkylène, alkénylène, alkynylène, ou analogue; et E représente carboxyle ou analogue. Ces composés présentent des effets de diminution du taux de triglycérides sanguins, du cholestérol LDL et de la glycémie, et ils sont utiles, entre autres, dans la prévention ou le traitement de l'hyperlipidémie, de l'artériosclérose, du diabète, et de l'obésité.
