There is disclosed a heterocyclic compound represented by general formula: (See Fig. I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl; R2 represents hydrogen, hydroxyl or lower alkyl; A represents CH or N; X represents -O- or -NH-; R3 represents hydrogen, hydroxyl or lower alkyl; R4 represents lower alkyl; and n represents 0 or 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound and pharmaceutically acceptable salt are useful as antiemetics and suppressant of migraine.

Composé hétérocyclique représenté par la formule générale (voir Fig. I), où R1 représente de l'hydrogène, un alkyle inf. ou un aryle; R2 est de l'hydrogène, un hydroxyle ou un alkyle inf.; A est CH ou N; X est -O- ou -NH-; R3 est de l'hydrogène, un hydroxyle ou un alkyle inf.; R4 est un alkyle inf.; n est 0 ou 1; ou un sel de ce composé acceptable en pharmacie. Le composé et son sel acceptable en pharmacie sont utiles comme antivomitifs et agents anti-migraine.
