Compounds of formula (I) are thus useful for treating disorders of the urinary tract. In the compounds I, R1 = one or more substituents selected from H, halogen, OH, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, NO2, nitro, phenyl, substituted phenyl, heterocycle, substituted heterocycle, NR3R4(R3 and R4 being H, alkyl, acyl or alkoxycarbonyl); R2 = one or two substituents selected from H, alkyl; Y = CH2 or a bond; Q = CO, CS or SO2; A = alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl, heterocyclic, alkylamino, dialkylamino, arylamino or arylalkylamino, each of which is optionally substituted; n is 1 or 2; X = an amino moiety selected from formula (a), (b) and -N(R5)-CH2-(R5 = H, methyl, benzyl group; W = bond, N, CH, CH2, C(CN) C(OH) or C(COCH3) (when W represents a nitrogen atom or a CH, C(CN) C(OH) or C(COCH3) group, the group Z- B attaches to the W ring atom); when X is (a) or (b), Z = bond, O, S, CH2, CH2CH2, CO, CHOH, OCH2, NH, NHCO or NHCONHCH2, but when X is -N(R5)-CH2-group, Z represents a CH2CH2 or CH2O group or Z and B together represent a 2,3- dihydro-benzo[1,4]dioxin-2-yl group; and B is a monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group or a monocyclic or bicyclic heterocycle, each of which is optionally substituted.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I) utiles pour traiter des troubles de la voie urinaire. Dans les composés de formule (I), R¿1? représente un ou plusieurs substituants choisis dans le groupe composé par H, halogène, OH, alkyle, haloalkyle, alcoxy, haloalcoxy, NO¿2?, nitro, phényle, phényle substitué, hétérocycle, hétérocycle substitué et NR¿3?R¿4? (R¿3? et R¿4? étant H, alkyle, acyle ou alcoxycarbonyle), R¿2? représente un ou deux substituants choisis dans le groupe composé par H et alkyle, Y représente CH¿2? ou une liaison, Q représente CO, CS ou SO¿2?, A représente alkyle, alcényle, cycloalkyle, cycloalcényle, aryle, hétérocycle, alkylamino, dialkylamino, arylamino ou arylalkylamino, chacun d'eux étant éventuellement substitué, n vaut 1 ou 2, X représente une fraction amino choisie entre (a) et (b) et N(R¿5?)-CH¿2?- (R¿5? représentant H, méthyle ou un groupe benzyle, W représentant une liaison, N, CH, CH¿2?, C(CN) C(OH) ou C(COCH¿3?), et lorsque W représente un atome d'azote ou un groupe CH, C(CN) C(OH) ou C(COCH¿3?), le groupe Z-B se fixe sur l'atome cyclique W), lorsque X est (a) ou (b), Z représente une liaison, O, S, CH¿2?CH¿2?, CO, CHOH, OCH¿2?, NH, NHCO ou NHCONHCH¿2?, mais lorsque X est un groupe N(R¿5?)-CH¿2?-, Z représente un groupe CH¿2?CH¿2? ou CH¿2?O ou Z et B représente ensemble un groupe 2,3-dihydro-benzo[1,4]dioxin-2-yle, et B est un groupe aryle monocyclique ou bicyclique ou un hétérocycle monocyclique ou bicyclique, chacun d'eux étant éventuellement substitué.
