Heterocyclic compounds represented by the general formula (|) and having elastase inhibiting activity; and intermediates for the synthesis thereof: (|) wherein R1 is a heterocyclic group represented by the general formula (||): (||) [wherein A represents the presence or absence of a benzene ring; X is oxygen, sulfur, or NH; and Y is nitrogen or CH], and the heterocyclic group may be substituted with one to three substituents which may be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, and phenyl which may be substituted with optionally halogenated lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, or halogeno; and R2 and R3 are each hydrogen or hydroxyl, or R2 and R3 may be united to form an oxo group, with the proviso that both are not hydrogen.
L'invention concerne des composés hétérocycliques représentés par la formule générale (I) et présentant une activité d'inhibition de l'élastase, ainsi que des intermédiaires destinés à la synthèse de ces composés. Dans la formule (I), R?1¿ représente un groupe hétérocyclique représenté par la formule générale (II), dans laquelle A permet d'indiquer la présence ou l'absence d'un anneau de benzène, X représente oxygène, soufre ou NH, et Y représente azote ou CH. Le groupe hétérocyclique peut être substitué avec un à trois substituants qui peuvent être identiques ou différents et qui sont choisis dans le groupe comprenant alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur, et phényle pouvant être substitué avec alkyle inférieur éventuellement halogéné, alcoxy inférieur ou halogéno, et R?2¿ et R?3¿ représentent chacun hydrogène ou hydroxyle, ou R?2¿ et R?3¿ peuvent être unis pour former un groupe oxo, à condition qu'aucun des deux ne représente hydrogène.
