The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) and the use thereof for the treatment of a central nervous system disorder related to or affected by the 5-HT6 receptor. Wherein W is N or CR2; X is N or CR4; Y is N or CR5; Z is N or CR6; Q is N or CR7 with the proviso that at least one and not more than two of X, Y, Z and Q must be N: R4, R5, R6 and R7 are each independently H, halogen, CN, COR8, OCO2R9, CO2R10, CONR11R12, SOnR13, NR14R15, OR16 or C1- C6alkyl, C3-C7cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl group each optionally substituted or a group M having the structure of formula (II) with the proviso that at least one of R4, R5, R6 and R7 must be a group M and with the further proviso that when W is CR2 and X or Z is N, the R7 must be other than a group M.

L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I) et l'utilisation de celui-ci dans le traitement d'un trouble du système nerveux central relatif au récepteur de la 5-HT6 ou influencé par celui-ci. Dans la formule (I), W représente N ou CR¿2?; X désigne N ou CR¿4?; Y représente N ou CR¿5?; Z désigne N ou CR¿6?; Q représente N ou CR¿7 ?pour autant¿?qu'au moins un et pas plus de deux éléments parmi X, Y, Z et Q représentent N ; R¿4?, R¿5?, R¿6? et R¿7? désignent de manière indépendante un groupe H, halogène, CN, COR¿8?, OCO¿2?R¿9?, CO¿2?R¿10?, CONR¿11?R¿12?, SO¿n?R¿13?, NR¿14?R¿15?, OR¿16? ou alkyle en C¿1?-C¿6?, cycloalkyle en C¿3?-C¿7?, aryle ou hétéroaryle, chacun éventuellement substitué ou un groupe M possédant la structure de formule (II), pour autant qu'au moins un élément parmi R¿4?, R¿5?, R¿6? et R¿7? désigne un groupe M et pour autant que quand W représente CR¿2? et X ou Z désigne N, R¿7? doit représenter un autre groupe que le groupe M.
